IMPROVISED DRAWING TO LIVE MUSIC
Selma French is a musician and composer from Norway, also known for bands such as Masåva and Morgonrode.
I had the joy to work with her by creating live visuals during her concert at Trænafestivalen and at Blå in Oslo.

The series of artworks consisted of improvised digital drawings that reflect the mood and flow of her music.
Process
The process included preparing color palettes and brushes, and brainstorming the style of the digital paintings with the artist prior to the performance. During the concert, I connected my iPad to the projector in the venue, agreed on the colors with the light technician, and created visuals that aligned with the mood and rhythm of the music.
